Everything was brand-new from the staff to the room, soft bed and fantastic room. All the staff was amazing and fabulous, tackled my issues. Free Wi-Fi was good and the service was helpful. Took the advantage of the parking onsite.

The stay here was fantastic, thoroughly enjoyed the hotel, it was fairly clean with marvellous and stunning location next to the main train station and lot's of restaurants and cafes, restaurants, and good location to walk. The room was clean for our toddler to sleep and the staff good. All the services were helpful.

I had an amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic, just a short walk from the train station and surrounded by restaurants, grocery stores, and even an art museum. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities I needed, from a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and washing machine to a comfortable sitting area and a flat-screen TV. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome throughout my stay. The room was also well soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and restful sleep.
I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

Had absolutely amazing stay on our vacation and the weather was sunny. It had incredibly helpful staff. The restaurant here was good for breakfast.

It had marvellous and perfect location not too far from Monckebergstrasse Thoroughfare. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying a very quite area.

The room was well-equipped, it had an electronic key card, tea and coffee making facilities, and a work desk. Location: the hotel was next to the main train station, restaurants, museums, retail, rivers and "lakes" as well as shopping center.

This hotel is perfect for families! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city center, with the train station just a short walk away. The staff was always available, and the room amenities, such as the heating and tea and coffee facilities, were top-notch. Additionally, there were plenty of leisure facilities available, including free wi-fi in rooms and a luggage storage.
I highly recommend this venue for families.
